A short summary of what this website does with your information while we are on the waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist you give us:
- your name and email, and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number
- your preferred area, language and time
- your child's age (we never ask for a child's name)
- an optional note
- the time you joined, and a record that you ticked the consent box
Why
Only to contact you about Prompty Club: dates, venues, pricing and details. We do not send ads and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics or ad trackers, and it makes no calls to third-party services. Even the fonts are served from this site.
Where it is stored
The waitlist is stored on our web host's servers. Only the Prompty Club team can download it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to remove you from the list. Reply to any message we send you, and we will delete your details.
This is a plain-language summary for the waitlist, not legal advice. Before any child uses the club's AI workspace we will publish a full privacy policy and ask parents for consent.
